The 16-year-old, from Tonbridge, who is currently training at the Grantham TT Academy until June, comfortably won the junior (U18) boys' singles on Sunday.
In the quarter-finals, he was put under pressure by Maidstone's Luke Savill, but won by 11-6, 11-9, 15-13.
In the semi-finals against Jimmy Yeung (Hampshire) and the final facing the defensive Jamie Trevillion (Dorset), his power beat both opponents 3-1.
The previous day, Dan had won the junior boys' final of the Chandler's Junior 2 Star Open, at Grantham, against Joshua Harland (Cleveland).
Also during the week, Chamika Weerasinghe learnt that he had been selected to represent England for the first time in the British Primary Schools' International, on Jersey.
He will be competing against teams from Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
Chamika is a pupil at Yardley Court Preparatory School, Somerhill, Tonbridge.
