The Kent Junior 2nd team got their County Championships campaign off to a great start yesterday, with 3 wins out of 3.

The young side consisting of Alec Bartlett (Byng Hall), Jack Weavis (Byng Hall), Nick Mayes (Dover), Jodie Stringer (Medway) and Sarah Hubbard (Byng Hall) all put in good performances, with Nick winning 50% on his debut for the county. There will be a lot of competition for places in the team this season, and all players have made strong cases with their performances. Alec Bartlett will soon be knocking on the door of the 1st team. The girls also knew they had to perform well with Byng Hall's Chloe Dunmall chasing hard.
