English County Champs

Kent I win the divison and get back to he Premier where theu belong!

It was down to the last two matches to decide whether it was Kent or Wiltshire who would win the division. The first match of the day was the clash of the titans, with the result critical to both teams. As could be expected it was a very tightly fought match with nothing to choose between Kent and Wiltshire. Most of the games being 5 set affaurs!!! In the end a draw was a fair result for both teams. ALthough it favoured Kent as it meant we only needed a point from the match against Gloucester to be assured of promotion.

Luckily for Kent, Gloucester fielded a slightly weakened side and so Kent had a comfortable 7-3 victory. Thus, the county is now back in the prem. Hopefully we can stay up this time!!!
