Tuesday night saw the annual Tunbridge Wells Sports Awards, which were held in the Assembly Halls in Tunbridge Wells.


Chloe was nominated in the Under-16 category and as she won the Under-12 category last year, really didn't expect to win anyting this year. But to all of our surprise Chloe won the category, beating some failry strong competition!

The club had also been asked to do a demonstration, which surprisingly went very well, even if I do say so myself!! I think Jasmin stole the show by trying to crawl under the stage to retrieve a ball!! As it was at the start, it seemed to get the crowd interested! Les did a great job of giving the speech, well Gary was never going to do it was he!! He just heckled from the crowd!!!

Cheers to everyone who took part and to TW council for giving us the opportunity to show how good the club really is!!

Well done to Chloe again. Maybe some of the other Junior members should think about doing well enough to get nominated in the future!! There are always training grants up for grabs.
