In order
to qualify for the National Trials, unless you are ranked in the top 6
in England in your age group, you have to go through the qualifying stages
in the Regional Trials. Players are selected by their respective counties.
The Byng Hall
club has always been well represented at these trials and have had a lot
of success, especially in the Junior Girls age group. Angie Bristow qaulified
for the English Masters in 1996, Hazel Clucas again qualified for the
English Masters in 2001 and Joanne Hubbard qualified last season. |
