Junior British League has a different playing format than Mens British League. JBL consists of 3 player teams, each playing two singles matches each. The game order is as follows; a v y, b v x, c v z, a v x, c v y, b v z.

This season there will be 8 Boys divisions and 4 Girls divisions, with 72 teams in all competing.

The Boys will be competing in Division 3A, with the Girls in division 2 after gaining promotion last season. With Will Harrington being "loaned" to play for Spicers A in Division 1, Alec Bartlett will lead the boys team this season. Lisa Shadbolt (Spicers) will return the favour and will be representing the Byng for a second season.
